Brown Sugar Chocolate Crackle Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup brown sugar
1 / 2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract tea
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder tea

NOTES
