Is it safe to use diluted Dettol or Savlon near my dog's lips? - can i use diluted dettol on a dog
My dog has an infection of the skin. I tried everything, what your body to him, but not anywhere near the face. I would like to know if it safe to use diluted Dettol or Savlon on the lips of my dog that has the problem. I applied a very dilute solution once and then, after wiping his mouth with water. Is this normal?

Did you ask as your vet? A phone call will cost you nothing, just to verify. I advise any recourse against the house until you have consulted with someone more competent first. And most people on this site is not within this Catergory.
